Remove "Decrease Demand for Support"

Decrease Demand for Support feels like the wrong wording to use. Support is aways going to be in demand, having this as a support strategy feels a lot like saying "Decrease the need for Service Engineers" 😄 .

It also doesn't seem to match the sub paragraph:

By making training materials for customer trainings available on GitLab University, making documentation easy to find and easy to search, and constantly contributing to further documentation with the trend discovery showing where the need is greatest, we can help the community become as self sufficient as possible

There's no mention of decreasing demand just assisting users to become more self sufficient. Let's focus on "empowering users" to be more self sufficient instead of "Decreasing Demand for Support"? 🎉
