<p>
The subscription offers licenses to GitLab Enterprise Edition. The use of Enterprise Edition is only allowed for active subscribers, or for organizations that have been given trial rights by a GitLab B.V. representative. It is not compliant to use GitLab Enterprise Edition without an active subscription.
The customer will make periodic internal audits to count the number of users on GitLab installation within the organization. The minimum frequency of the audits is six months. Following the audit, the customer will adjust the number of subscription seats accordingly.
At our request, the customer agrees to provide a signed certification that they are using all Products pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. You agree to allow us, or our authorized agent, to audit your use of the Products.
