Why is the MR not removing the success engineer spec? => because this is only adding the senior success engineer.

Can we rename to solution architect with three levels? senior, intermediate, junior? Having the intermediate level be success engineer and the senior level be a solution architect is confusing.

@sytses I didn't want to impact existing success engineers who are linked to the success engineer spec from the team page. My plan was to do a second iteration once this MR was approved to update all current team members.

@sytses regarding renaming to solution architect with three levels works for me. I agree it could be confusing, especially having to explain with our customers difference between architect vs engineer. Having the levels senior, intermediate, junior would be internal for us to build a career path.

Great, let's do that. Let's make the MR to change the current success engineer role.
