Include having a physical disability as a minority group
I don't have data at hand, but I have a strong suspicion people with a physical disability are a minority group.
GitLab as a company is really well suited, as you can work where it suits you best which might open a lot of opportunities.
Let me know what you all think.

Did you look into it?
@zj I couldnt find examples of other companies doing this- I have looked for additional data on this. I still like it, but honestly it hasn't been a top priority.
@sashab Could you point where you got the other data? i could only find the link in the handbook which is both outdated and most links do not backup the graph as they are now offline or don't show the exact source.
Futhermore it seems other companies not doing this shouldn't limit us?
@zj happy to look up former sources - the link in the handbook was chosen by @sytses and I as the best representation. The data may not be online still, but you can find diversity data of many companies here: http://opendiversitydata.org/
I absolutely don't think it should limit us! But I just wanted to have some data to back it up or other examples. I agree it's a great thing to include. My one concern is how to ask someone to voluntarily disclose if he/she has a disability and the legality around that.
