Solutions and Features page improvements
Addresses a number of things mentioned in #1568.
- Add CE/EE attributes to various features missing them
- Improve the design of the solutions body text
- Add Solution body, attributes are blank right now
- Change Chat to Idea
- Add "Missing" solution
- List features with screenshots together with features that don't have them
- Add a table of contents to Features page
