Senior Developers should be force multipliers

This follows on from @smcgivern's update https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/merge_requests/7335

Better late than never 😄 I read it somewhere (which I can no longer find unfortunately) and thought it was a great way of describing a senior developer.

A senior developer should be a force multiplier for the whole team.

So, their contribution should allow the whole team to work faster. This might by mentoring junior developers or suggesting improvements to tooling or process that helps the team be more productive.
