Change title for GitLab logo inside the SVG

Merged Achilleas Pipinellis requested to merge title-logo-sq into master

I visited the team page and noticed that when you hover over the GitLab logos, the title read "logo".

This MR changes the SVG title to read "GitLab" instead.
