Build 4Q OKRs

We want to make sure we deliver a few critical things:

• Continue to push ahead on cloud-native and Kubernetes
  • Two containers/charts shipped: Sidekiq & Redis
• Ensure our installation methods are production ready
  • GA gitlab-omnibus Helm chart
  • GA PG HA, but also larger Omnibus HA
• Make GitLab easier to install
  • GitLab AWS Quickstart
  • Instant SSL with Let's Encrypt
