I outlined principles of hiring and employment and related them back to our values.
I’m working on building out a weekly recruiting report, and in order to determine which numbers to report on, I felt it was critical to explicitly outline our hiring and recruiting philosophy. I’ll use this page to create the weekly report and tie metrics back to our principles.
Once the weekly report is done, we can either link the full report (spreadsheet) to this page or link each principle to a metric we’re reporting on.
Anyone have any thoughts or feedback?
