Actually almost there. The command to restart the server isn't quite working yet in the heredoc, https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ci-yml/issues/15

Just moved to single line ssh command string, https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/apilab/blob/79afa2add29ddcc57f4d2631b6d2e323f2695a63/.gitlab-ci.yml#L60 which works great
