The instructions also install `docker_manager`

The README tells people to install not only this plugin, but also docker_manager. No justification is given for this. Judging from the description of docker_manager, it's not at all related to this plugin - and it seems to open new management interfaces, so admins should definitely be aware of it being installed. I removed that line for my setup, and everything still works fine.

Please remove docker_manager.git from the README or explain why it is needed.
