Build an MVP client that forwards git commands to the server

@ahmadsherif @eReGeBe This is probably the first point we need to touch, just having the ability of running this in one host and calling the client in a different host should forward the git command to the remote host and execute there.

We should also start adding prometheus monitoring from the beginning, so maybe that is another thing to take into consideration immediately.
