Rename variables for 9.0

GitLab will change the name of variables in 9.0[1], so the template needed an update. In these cases mostly CI_BUILD_REF_NAME to CI_COMMIT_REF_NAME. [1] https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/ci/variables/#9-0-renaming
