With coverage reporting enabled, `rspec` always exits with status 0 even
if the build failed. This commit should fix that exit status,
effectively breaking the build. :)

This silences another cron error with duck tape.

Use omnibus-gitlab-runner in GitLab CE example

This updates the runner setup and build script example to use
omnibus-gitlab-runner packages for the GitLab CE tests.
