Change contribution workflow to add issue IDs to commit message body

Pros:

• Saves some space that we can use for the subject line
• Easier to add multiple references to issues and/or merge requests
• Commit messages are still searchable and it still creates a note in the referenced issue

Cons:

• Lose a quick way to see which issue the commit relates to, but maybe it’s not that relevant
