Contribution Guideline Link on README is showing 404 Not found error

Hi,

While reading the README.md, I found that the contribution guidelines link in section Contributing to GitLab Development Kit is not working and showing 404 Error.

FYI contribution guidelines is taking me to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/CONTRIBUTING.md . Please check the attachment
