Use gitlab-multi-runner instead of gitlab-runner

We currently still use the old deprecated gitlab-runner in the GDK. I think it would be a good idea to update GDK to install gitlab-multi-runner

It looks like we are heading towards the GDK root being at the head of $GOPATH.

It's better to have that in gitlab-runner tree.

"that" being the symlink. @ayufan could you add the symlink then?

I don't know how to solve this problem (making gitlab-ci-multi-runner development easy in GDK) and there has been no progress in a long time. Closing this issue.
