made ascii tanuki smaller

Finally got around to manually creating a cleaner and smaller ascii tanuki, could be more accurate but ¯_(ツ)_/¯. /cc @jacobvosmaer-gitlab

I was thinking of creating a new file to put this ascii art in and then we dont need it inline in the run script but couldn't think of where to put it.

@grzesiek Well we don't really have a directory for that sort of thing, so I was just guessing in the root directory maybe?

@lbennett It probably makes sense, but I'm leaving this up to you if it is worth the effort to change it. I'm actually quite fine with leaving current implementation too.

@lbennett could you rebase on master? This branch suffers from test flakiness unrelated to your change.
