Update documentation on setting up Geo in GDK
I struggled with some small things while setting up GitLab Geo in GDK, so I updated the docs with my findings.
I've moved everything Geo-related to a separate file, and replaced doc/howto/postgresql_replication.md since it was only Geo-related.
