Broadcast message does not show up properly with new UI

With the new UI, part of the broadcast message is hidden by the menu on the left.

Bug confirmed on Safari (Yosemite Version), Firefox 35 and Chrome (40.0.2214.91).

AFAIK, a possible fix is simply to move the <div> with the broadcast message inside the <header> as here:

<i class="fa fa-bullhorn"></i>

</div>
<div class="navbar-inner">

</div>
</header>
