Snippets from Dashboard can link to incorrect issue

If there is an issue number (and possibly other references) right at the point that the Dashboard is cutting the commit message short, it will link to the issue with the text being cut off.

E.g.

Commit message: Test commit message which fixes issue #1234. If this gets cut off after Test commit message which fixes issue #1....

It then links to issue 1, rather than issue 1234.
