issue-affix in issue-view is jumping around when scrolling

Seems like there is a layout bug, when attaching a large vertical image to an issue post.

I've also encountered this problem, when comments contained emoji images (Debian/Iceweasel).

Is there a plan for this to be fixed in the near future. We upgraded from GitLab 7.x to 8.3.4 yesterday and have been facing this issue very consistently.

@grzesiek I did solve this. Unless this is a different issue. It's hard to tell by the ss. I fixed for mrs and issues.
