Votes and labels get hammered by the subscribe button when issue does not contain many comments on medium screen resolutions

Happens with firefox/chrome. Reproduce by visiting any issue with no comments. It should be reproducible in this issue.

Test with screen resolution 1200 - 1366 px

hm I see now when I reduced screen resolution and started scrolling - I cant get to bottom of sidebar because it is bigger than window size itself
