Bug: Issue labling - after editing labels twice on issues it put "#" in url

Hi.

When I edit labels (say removing two labels)... say... I remove one, click edit again, remove another. Third time I get thrown to top of page with "#" added onto it. I need to REFRESH page in order to edit agin, and I can only edit it twice, again.

the IssuableContext is not excuted in issues/update.js.haml

Is this a known issue then? Or can someone promise a fix (^^)?

Hi, new here so not sure if I should put this here as it is related or create a new bug.

When updating a label I can't use backspace to remove labels, and after removing one the cursor remains for a second in which I start typing, but then the dropdown closes and I have to click 'edit' again.

Also I cannot edit multiple of assignee/milestone/label without the original issue occurring and having to refresh the page.
