2FA for LDAP to CE (2-factor authentication wizard on CE after login with LDAP user)

After upgrading to 8.4CE every LDAP user is asked to enable 2FA in the next 2 days, although the 2FA feature for ldap users shouldn't even exist. There is also no additional menu/setting in the user settings. So I guess this is clearly a bug.

(Require 2FA in the Admin settings is also disabled, but changing the days settings to something higher results in another error, that a field for a disabled feature must not be blank)
