Autocomplete flooded with results I can no relation to

Example when I search for GitLab group I see a lot of groups which I am not member of. Its quite annoying since it makes search kinda useless to me - I can not find resources I need but see resources I do not.

I am going to change it in next way:

• show only groups I am member of in search autocomplete
• show projects I am member of in search autocomplete

@JobV I am unbelievably annoyed with current behaviour. Do you agree with my proposal at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/13184#note_3537733 ?

Btw, we should mark this for the release post. I think this can make search and autocomplete much more powerful to use in the workflow.
