Introduce static URL that points to latest succeeded/failed build

I'd love to have a static URL to the latest build that succeeded (maybe also to the latest that failed and generally to the latest build). This way, it would also be possible to reference the build artifacts of the latest successful build (or even a specific file within the artifacts).

Probably, separate links for different branches would also be nice ;)
