Deleting a user from the admin panel can time out

This is a problem when removing spam accounts from gitlab.com.

@creamzy I had not really thought about that yet. With the deletion process taking time, it should be visible in the UI that the user object is being deleted. But I think this is not the most important part of the GitLab user interface so perhaps there are more important places to apply your specialism. :) I mentioned you on this issue to let you know about the follow-up.
