Build status shows "passed" when an allow_fail job is running

... and previous job completed.

I think that currently the behavior is undefined. And it can happen. Do you think that we should show the running? :)

From one perspective: this makes it possible to have a fast fail.

Yes, I'd show running until all jobs have been finished.

I have more jobs after "lint"...

I also think that we should show "running" unless all jobs are complete. This is behavior is easy to change.

It looks like this behavior has been changed recently in master, and now when there are builds running, that are allowed to fail, we show status 'running'. I've added some additional specs for this here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/2904, so I'm closing this issue.
