Issue sidebar improvement

I am on the 13 inch laptop and I see

Subscription button is below the fold.

Can we shrink participants like on the image below?

I'm seeing a similar issue on a 14" laptop:

I really love the new sidebar, but have the same issue as mentioned here (scrollbar covers the elements). Also, I think the section with the "Prev" and "Next" buttons should have the same height as the adjacent section in the issue body. That would also gain us a few pixels
