Tooltip in :thumbsup : repeats "me"

Summary

Context, the MR page. The raw with 3 icons: and has an js/css error in the tooltip

Steps to reproduce

0. go to a new MR or issue

1. click on thumbsup - then you see in the tooltip "me"

2. click again (now it decreases the count) - then you don't see anything in the tooltip of the thumbsup icon

3. click again (now it increases) - then you see in the tooltip "me, me"

repeat 2 and 3 and then you see in the tooltip "me, me, me"

Expected behavior

the tooltip should show only one "me"

The issue seems to be in the this.AwardsHandler function in the application-3bfdf0fc9454798c4c95acf431ba6f07.js script.

You can unminify the code with something like unminify.com or jsbeautifier.org

Update 1:

Reloading the page resets the tooltip to one "me"

Thanks. I think this was also reported in #12788 (closed). I think the fix is simple: !2804 (merged).
