Rename tasks in issues to todos

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/2425 will introduce tasks for the user

when we have a list of checkboxes in an issue we should no longer call them tasks to prevent confusion

I think we can call them either checkboxes or todos

@DouweM can we ensure this rename happens in 8.5?
