Add Projects tab to Group page with detailed list of projects
The current group activity feed was primarily built for people who are working on the projects themselves, which is the case with most people within companies that run a GitLab server. For public, open source groups, focusing more on the projects and members makes more sense, since users will want to click through to a project most of the time anyway.
We could add a Projects page, and a group configuration option to switch the default front page between Activity and Projects.
