8.5 delete tag in UI does not refresh tag list after confirmation

When deleting a tag through the UI in the following location: Repository -> Commits -> Tags -> [Trashcan]

The user is prompted for confirmation. After clicking 'OK' to delete, the tag is deleted but the UI is never refreshed so the tag is not visibly removed from the list of tags in the UI.

Refreshing the page or clicking away/back correctly refreshes the list of tags.
