File viewer link to line links to wrong position.

In this image I linked to line 54. Line 54 is above the floating header.

I noticed this too, the floating bar is over the referred element. Custom scrolling probably will not work since the browser scrolls to the element automatically. Facebook does a custom scroll but they don't use "#".

The only way to fix this I think is to not use a fixed top bar.
