Target area in lists is too small

Right now to open any list item I need to point my mouse precisely to its header, or even worst like in to-do's to a specific part of the first line to open it.

I would suggest to treat the whole row as a click target to open the main object. Other links, like author,etc should be treated as they are now - to show hover when the mouse cursor is directly on them.

What do you think @jschatz1? it also should be more handy for mobile screens
