6.4 to 6.5 update error

using instruction from here https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/update/6.4-to-6.5.md never modified files by hands

Reset the file file with sudo -u git -H git checkout db/schema.rb and continue with migration
