I did reschedule the builds from gitlab-ce repo. I don't have access to forks.

If push is not shown in the Activity, so the builds will not be created.

Same problem in reporter's, (of issue mentioned above), repository: https://gitlab.com/quyse/flaw/commits/master, but it looks like temporary problem. Maybe Sidekiq queue failed or we had redis problems? /cc @jnijhof

But here it were processed correctly: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/3069#note_4064531. Not sure why builds were not created.

In the case of my CSS Style Guide MR, it may be because I cancelled all the non-SCSS Lint builds? I was only really interested in testing that one.

I think this was this issue: gitlab-elasticsearch-git#4 (closed) and it has been fixed in 8.5.3.
