Empty categories in emoji picker

@vsizov I think we need to update the Emoji JSON data? I'd appreciate if you have time to handle it, I'm blocked for the time being.

@alfredo1 Not sure where you're getting that. Scroll down to the "Places" section and there's , , etc.

@jschatz1 I think so, yeah. I'm not sure this is actually ~Frontend since the category data for these new Emojis is just missing.

Ok @rspeicher I'll remove ~Frontend and someone else can grab it.
