Users should know when they are creating a project inside a group

Creating a project inside a group shows a link saying:

Want to house several dependent projects under the same namespace? Create a group

This link should be removed when the project is being created to a group. There should be some kind of indicator for where the user is creating this group. Right now we just have parameter in the url: /projects/new?namespace_id=36

@felipe_artur It is technically already there in the select box, private_group2 after http://localhost:3000/, but I can see how that may not seem obvious.

@jschatz1 What do you think about hiding that sentence when a group is selected, either using the URL or manually in the select box?
