Tablet issues

• left sidebar should be collapsed by default
• left sidebar should overflow over content when expanded
• right sidebar should overflow over content when expanded

Tried on gitlab.com and dev server. It should not be possible to end up with UI like this:

@dzaporozhets I believe this is fixed. I just tested on iPad Air 2 (with the simulator) and it looked great to me.
