Accept merge request button color doesn't match failed build text

Since the RC deploy, I've noticed that the 'Accept Merge Request' color does not match the failed build text color. The button is slightly orange while the text is pinkish-red. On hover, the button is the correct color.

@skyruler it looks like the above screenshot matches the current designs. Currently, the button color is #f06559 and on hover it is #e52c5a. The 'Could not connect to CI...' text is #e52c5a. Should the button colors be changed?
