Bottom Close button does not work.

The bottom close button does not work in issues at all.

@jschatz1 tried on local in both issues & merge requests and both work fine?

Hmm. Make a comment click "comment" then click "close merge request"

@jschatz1 managed to see it happen! Will find a fix!
