Filtering in a drop-down then unfocusing it persists the filter with no way to clear it

1. Go to the Issues list
2. Click the Label drop-down
3. Type something in the filter
4. Click outside the drop-down to unfocus it
5. Click the Label drop-down again

Filter is still applied but there's nothing in the search input, so you have to type something again and then delete it to clear the filter.
