Cannot view changes tab on new merge request create screen

When I create a new MR, before submitting the MR, I click on the Changes tab.

• Expected

I see the diff.

• Actual

When I click on the Changes tab the page reloads and I don't get to see the diff.

Using the inspector I see one error in the console:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH *URL*/merge_requests/new?merge_request%5B…st%5Btarget_branch%5D=master&merge_request%5Btarget_project_id%5D=194.json
