Mobile overflow for long urls

I think this would be an easy fix. @elvongray can you grab this for 8.7

For code blocks, you mean. Long URLs can wrap just fine:

@jschatz1 Do we want the code blocks to just wrap to the next line or create a horizontally scrolling container to preserve the white space?
