More shortcuts

I'd love to have these shortcuts:

• l - add a label to this issue / merge request
• ? - when shortcut window is open, close it
• i - new issue in this project

@DouweM do you know who implemented the new issues shortcuts? They could do this quickly, hopefully ;-)

@JobV Looks like we are using the g prefix for navigational shortcuts. It's ok g i as a shortcut for creating a new issue ?

@JobV g i is taken for the Issues page. Never mind I'll use i then.
