Last commit CSS not applying properly

The last commit styling for the CSS isn't applying properly for the last commit; "passed" should be green with a box around it:

It looks like the CSS for the a element overrides ci-status for project-last-commit:

It's not being overridden, it doesn't seem to have any class applied to it that's supposed to make it green. It was either removed or I'm missing something somehow.
