Hard to comment on mobile devices
It's hard to comment on mobile devices because the comment button only appears on hover.

@dzaporozhets Since a hover on a row of code produces the icon on desktop... a click on a row for mobile should produce the icon (not half off screen like it is now for mobile).

@jschatz1 @dzaporozhets It looks like it may be a bug specific to certain mobile browsers/devices. Clicking on a row and then the note icon works fine on mobile Chrome on Android. On mobile Safari on iOS, the note icon is almost completely covered up. Should be an easy fix!
