Can't add new member to group in Admin area, works in group area
Running GitLab 7.10
Viewing a Group in the Admin area, I cannot add a new member to the group, the user dropdown only shows a list of current group members, but doing the same under the /groups route the user dropdown shows all users.

The user select form sends the group_id as a filter which obviously will return no users as you are trying to add them It will only return users in the group already. I fixed it by commenting out line #27 (closed) in helpers/selects_helper.rb
